Crescent moon, 19 Apr 2007, Canon A95 through 32mm eyepiece on 150mm RFT. The haze is caused by high altitude cirrus clouds and also bad focus.

Moon almost touches Venus, 19 May 2007, Canon A95.

Just before Saturn occultation, afternoon of 22 May 2007, ToUCam 840 on my 150mm RFT.

M45, 12 Dec 2010, Canon 450D on ZS80, a single 30sec shot at 400ISO with long exposure noise cancelling enabled. I made a couple more, but this was the best. Stacking didn't work out.

M42 area, 5 Mar 2011, Canon 450D on ZS80 30sec 800ISO, unprocessed image. It is clear now that a simple motor for tracking just isn't enough. The trackspeed is continuously changing, so this is the only reasonable image of a series.

M35, 18 Apr 2011, Canon 450D on ZS80, a single 30sec shot at 800ISO with long exposure noise cancelling enabled. This was to test my new polar axis drive (see under GoTo control), which seems to work OK. The air was not very transparent, and hence the light pollution makes contrast quite bad.

M81, M82 and NGC3077, 2 May 2011, Canon 450D on ZS80 30sec 800ISO, 4 images stacked with Registax. The new polar axis driver works and the focuser doesn't slip anymore. Only elementary image processing done to reduce noise.
